Rig #35 is clicking along. It continues to be the best rig in the field. Thank you for making it happen.

Rob,
You can’t imagine how pleased I am with the performance on rig #31. Of all the operations we have running around the country I believe this rig is the best. Good people who care about performance, safety and teamwork can accomplish so much.
I often read famous quotes so I’ll pass this one along to you and your management. I believe it applies to Rapad. Keep up the good work and realize we, Cimarex,
appreciate it!
Management is nothing more than motivating other people.

Donald,
Attached are the crew bonuses for Rapad #35 for the Campbell 21 #1 and the Berniece Williams 8 #1. The improvement and performance of the crews has been outstanding. The rig now owns both field records for Terryville and that is why I have added an additional bonus day for the performance on the Berniece Williams well. I appreciate all the effort that has gone into making this rig the top driller in the field.
Thanks,

Rob Holbrooke, John Kyzar and William “Buckshot” Miller,
Thanks for a job well done! You and the Rapad #31 team have done a great job on the White #2 and all previous wells for Cimarex Energy.
We at Cimarex Energy look forward to future wells and the great teamwork that is provided by Rapad Drilling; and it was all done accident free! This is a great accomplishment as you will see in the note below from Tom Jorden!
Keep up the good work!

Randy, Robert, Steve, and David,
I just wanted to drop a note to commend you on the outstanding job drilling the White #2. The speed and cost with which we got this well down and logged is nothing short of incredible. Not only did we beat the best well in the state (by a far cry), we beat our own AFE (which was already aggressive) by more than $1 MM. Congratulations!
The White #2 results were disappointing. Although we were high to the offset oil producer on a large structure, the reservoir was tight and wet. The Exploration team had an uphill battle getting this well approved (owing to my long standing bias against the Cotton Valley Formation!). Clearly, the reservoir had some complexity that made the downdip oil producer an isolated accumulation. Nonetheless, it was a good prospect and the Drilling Group is helping us make this play by your thorough preparation, great execution, and healthy interaction with the Exploration team.
Thanks for a GREAT JOB!!!!

Dear Randy,
I would like to congratulate you on the class act that is RAPAD #31. I can’t tell you how nice it is to work with a group of people who take pride in their work and tend to their business again. It has been a long time. John and Buckshot are the most knowledgeable and conscientious tool pushers I have worked with in years. To have people who have the ability and the want to is rare indeed in today’s oil field. The drillers and hands obviously are proud to work for RAPAD, take pride in their rig and getting the job done. You have a group of people and a rig you can be very proud of.
Sincerely,

Hey Guys,
One of our partners took this picture from his plane yesterday, and I thought you would like to see it. Y’all have done a great job on this well. Hopefully Mother Nature will be kind to us.
